    Thanks for mentioning Neil Roger on your show. Neil came out in 1976, there were news wire articles about because it was so rare. Neil's induction has nothing to do with his sexuality. In 1986 and 1987 Neil and other talented talk hosts changed what entertaining talk could be. Neil, Stern, Dahl, etc. changed the style, and what they would say on the air. The FCC changed the rules in 1987 because of Neil, and Howard. While Neil was never syndicated many radio people listened to Neil's show. Back in the late 1980's. He is being honored (IMO)for his influence of talk radio. If Neil was still among the living, I doubt he would of cared about his induction.
